Not while im here.....

Below you will find a link to a recent collegiate decision for Tufts University. http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2009/09/29/relerford.tufts.sex.WHDH

My question to you is do you think this is right? What ever happened to freedom of expression? Is this really offensive? What do you think the administrators of Tuft University were thinking?

Remember ALL blogs not posted by 3:00pm on Friday will not be graded....you guys are becoming very lackluster about this...no matter your situation your blogs are due. ALL online assignments are due on the date despite your absences.

Make sure all posts are written well using proper English and ensuring that you answer all questions as well give your educated opinion. ALL RESPONSES MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE and GRADE APPROPRIATE (Miss. LaBrena) any that are deemed INAPPROPRIATE will be removed and not graded....and then reported to administration and your parents.

To FRY or not that is the question?

Should you rape a rapist?
Steal from a thief?
Set an arsonist on fire?

Then why, should America allow a death penalty?
People who kill others deserve to lose their rights. Last year 1,373 people were murdered in Texas alone. However, since legal or not, execution constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, encourages revenge, and costs the American people millions of unnecessary dollars; it follows that executing someone to prove that murder is wrong is ludicrous and immoral.
Do you disagree or agree? Why?
** I want all responses well-written and respectively of the level of work you would turn in.

My oh...my oh....did they do that?

This week has been extremely entertaining in the news from Kanye's outburst, to Obama's response, to even Former President Carter stating that racism is evident in the media, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32869276/ns/politics-capitol_hill. The unit we are currently in will focus on civil liberties & civil rights.

Do you feel that Former President Carter has a point in what he says? Do you feel that Kanye's outburst and the meida response is questioning his first amendment right? Is the media handling the incident is neutral way or is to another slanderous one-sided story?

I want to know what you think....You have until 3pm Friday to respond.
