Obama's speech to the young American in my perspective enforced the students across the nation to focus and work harder in school as his administration will do the same to provide a more efficient educational system. As a student of the American school system, this speech serves as a motivational and inspirational message for us therefore by saying the goal of this message was reached. This is very the first time in the nation's history an American President has spoken to the nation's youth especially in this time of great economic downturn so this speech holds great significance as to putting faith in the youth of America. As to whether it changed any student's view on education or not, it certainly changed my views on education and working harder to succeed.
ReplyDeleteIn "President Obama's School Address", Obama's goal was to convince American students across the nation that the only way to be successful is to continue going to school and recieve an education. He spoke on the importance of education, ways to achieve goals in life, and how to stay focus in and outside of school. The speech was a momentual moment beacuse President Obama took time to share with the world his vision about today's youth and ways to provide them with better education. The speech has inspired me considering that I am a student trying to achieve many educational goals of my own.I believe that not only did Obama's speech encouraged me to want more out of life but it also encouraged many of my peers.
